This Carrot Orange Punch is the perfect drink for spring, an easy mix of juice, soda, and fruit slices. It only takes 5 minutes to make and you can add alcohol if you want for a boozy punch!
It’s the first day of spring!!! I felt like it was never going to get here, but here we are, even if some of us are still buried under a foot of snow.
But soon the grass will be turning green, and the flowers will start to bloom, and well, I’ll be fighting a constant battle with mud and my golden retriever.
And Easter is also right around the corner, which means we’ve gotta start getting you all prepped for the ultimate Easter dinner, so let’s start with this delightful Carrot Orange Punch that can be made with or without alcohol.
I know what you’re thinking? Carrots? Like to drink? Well, yes, to drink! I still remember the first time I had carrot juice, I thought it was the weirdest/coolest thing ever.
My Nana bought me a bottle of it while we were shopping in L.L. Bean, I must have been about ten years old, and I just wandered around in awe of the oddly delicious juice.
And carrots are so spring, right? Okay, so maybe they aren’t harvested here in Maine until July, but bunnies like carrots and bunnies are spring-like, so we’re just going to go with it, okay?
And this is such a fun punch for spring, loaded with carrot and orange juice and made sparkling by the addition of lemon-lime soda.
The carrot juice adds a fresh earthiness to the punch while the orange juice and fresh fruit slices bring in loads of citrusy zest! It only takes about 5 minutes to mix up too!

- 3 cups lemon-lime soda
