All About This Tasty Biscoff Fudge
Taste: White chocolate and condensed milk create a sweet flavor in this easy fudge! The Biscoff spread then gives this sweet treat a light caramel and cinnamon flavor that makes this fudge irresistibly delicious!
Texture: This Biscoff Fudge starts with a luxuriously creamy base that’s then studded with chopped crispy Biscoff cookies. This gives some satisfying texture to the smooth fudge along with the crunchy cookie topping and melted Biscoff spread finish!
Delicious Biscoff Flavor!
The star flavor in this Biscoff Cookie Butter Fudge Recipe is obvious – spiced, caramel-flavored Biscoff Cookies! And I’ve made sure this Easy Biscoff Fudge is filled with that flavor from the top to bottom!
Joining the white chocolate, salt, and sweetened condensed milk is the Biscoff cookie spread. Together they get melted down as the smooth, creamy base for this fudge.
Afterward, chopped Biscoff cookies are stirred in to add crunchy Biscoff flavor to the creamy fudge! Finishing this recipe off is more chopped Biscoff cookies and a drizzle of melted Biscoff cookie spread.
How To Make Biscoff Fudge
- Prepare The Baking Dish – To ensure the Lotus Biscoff Fudge Recipe comes out of the pan easily you want to prepare the pan! If you’re planning to slice and serve from the pan you can just coat the pan with nonstick cooking spray. However, if you want to remove it to arrange it on a serving platter, you’ll want to line the pan with parchment paper. That way you can remove the fudge from the pan easily without squishing or damaging any pieces.
- Melt The Ingredients – Making the fudge calls for melting the ingredients together until smooth! To do so, you can microwave the white chocolate, condensed milk, Biscoff spread (affiliate link), and salt at 30-second intervals. Or you can use a double boiler, whichever method works best for you!
- Adding Biscoff Cookies – Roughly chop up the Biscoff cookies (affiliate link) to stir them into the melted fudge. Once the Biscoff cookie-loaded fudge is in the pan, top it with more chopped cookies. Press them down into the fudge gently to make sure they stick to the fudge.
- Chill & Slice – Once you’re finished making the Biscoff Fudge it’s time for the refrigerator to take over! Slide the pan of fudge into the fridge to set up. That way it can firm up nicely, making it easier to slice up and serve!

How To Store Biscoff Fudge:
Keep this fudge fresh and tasting its best by storing it in an airtight container in the fridge. It can then be enjoyed for up to 1 week.
Does This Fudge Freeze Well?
Yes, this fudge does well freezing! I’d recommend placing the sliced fudge onto a baking sheet and flash-freezing it. This way the fudge doesn’t freeze up in one big clump and stick together.
Afterward, place the frozen slices in an airtight container or a gallon Ziploc bag with the excess air squeezed out of it. The fudge is then good to store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
How Do I Melt The Ingredients Using The Double Boiler Method?
To prepare this fudge using the double boiler method first grab a heatproof mixing bowl and a saucepan. Check to make sure the bowl will sit on top of the saucepan without falling into it.
Then place the chocolate, condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and salt into the heatproof bowl. Next, place the bowl over the saucepan filled with simmering water.
Stir the chocolate mixture until melted.
Can I Make This Fudge Recipe In A 9-inch Square Baking Tin?
Yes, you can. Just keep in mind the Biscoff Fudge will turn out a little thinner.
What Should I Use If I Can’t Find Biscoff Spread?
If you can’t find Biscoff spread to make this Biscoff Fudge, you can use Speculoos spread instead.
Can This Biscoff Fudge Be Made Without Salt?
I find that adding salt to this fudge recipe brings out its sweetness. However, if you’d like it can be left out and the fudge will still turn out delicious!
