This TokTok Booty Dip Is Delicious!
Booty Dip became crazy popular on TikTok back in 2020, thanks to @featherlea, and let me tell you, she wasn’t kidding about how good this dip is! You’ll want to dip everything in it if you can resist the urge to eat the whole bowl with just a spoon!
And the whole idea is you take a bit and watch your booty grow. So, don’t say I didn’t warn you if the scale is less favorable tomorrow.
Booty Dip Ingredients
- cream cheese
- marshmallow fluff
- mini chocolate chips
- cool whip
- light brown sugar
- vanilla extract
At its core, it’s a cheesecake dip, but the addition of marshmallow fluff and chocolate chips makes it next level!
Now, this isn’t exactly the original recipe. We made a few adjustments that we think make it even better. Here’s what we did:
- Reduced cream cheese – The original recipe calls for 12 ounces, but we’re going to use 8 so that it doesn’t overpower the dip.
- Double the brown sugar – this gives it almost a cookie dough dip flavor that our family loves!
- Added vanilla – it ties everything together and helps to mellow the tang of the cream cheese.
- Added salt – this helps to balance out all the sweetness going on in the other ingredients.
You can use either whipped cream cheese or a block; make sure that you take the block out in plenty of time to soften before making it so it’s easy to mix. The whipped cream cheese can be used right out of the refrigerator.
How To Make TikTok Booty Dip
This dip is super simple to make! You’re just going to combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Then, if you’re not in a hurry, chill it in the refrigerator so the flavor can fully develop. But if you are, it’s perfectly okay to serve right away, and it will still be super delicious!

Booty Dip Recipe Variations
Add Texture: Want to add some volume and texture to this dip? Add a cup of mini marshmallows! We love what they do to this Hot Chocolate Dip, and they’d be just as delicious in this booty dip recipe!
Chocolate: Add a couple of tablespoons of chocolate syrup to add some extra chocolate flavor to this yummy dessert dip!
Peanut Butter: Add a 1/2 cup of peanut butter and use Butterfinger bits instead of mini chocolate chips.
Festive: Making this for a holiday or birthday party, feel free to add some food coloring and sprinkles to make it extra fun for the occasion!
How To Store Booty Dip
Keep the dip in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to serve. The dip should be good for up to a week as long as the cream cheese isn’t close to expiring. It’s important to note, however, that storing leftovers that have been dipped into with fruits could go bad sooner than one week.
Booty Dip FAQs
Yes, you can use reduced-fat cream cheese and fat-free or sugar-free Cool Whip in this recipe if desired. I do not know of any lighter substitutions for the marshmallow fluff.
Yes, you can. Make sure you are using homemade whipped cream and not the kind out of the can. It should be noted that using homemade whipped cream as a substitution can result in a softer dip, which some may even prefer.
Using whipped cream may also shorten the shelf life of the dip because it’s more likely to deflate, separate, and go bad.
Since this recipe doesn’t require any cooking, either can be used. A 7 or 7.5-ounce jar of either will work in this recipe.
