Plus, I’m sharing some ideas below for how you can make this Christmas Popcorn recipe even more special!
How To Make Christmas Popcorn
Step 1: In a very large bowl, stir popcorn and cake mix together.
Step 2: Microwave the chocolate on 30 second intervals in a microwave safe bowl until melted and smooth, stirring between each one. Then, stir the melted chocolate into the popcorn bowl, reserving a little for the topping.
Step 3: Add in sprinkles and chocolate candies and stir until well mixed, spread popcorn out on a large pan that’s been lined with parchment paper or wax paper.
Step 4: Drizzle remaining melted white chocolate over the popcorn and top with extra holiday sprinkles. Let sit for 30 to 45 minutes, then package up in airtight containers or consume immediately.
- Instead of popping popcorn yourself on the stove or using microwave popcorn, save time by using bagged kettle corn!
- I use Sixlets in my mixture, but you could use M&M’s or another type of candy.
