This pretty Cranberry Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail will fit right in during all your holiday festivities, but is versatile enough to be enjoyed any time of the year!
Cranberry Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
Or at least it should be, at this point. Everything is decked out in red & green, carols are being played everywhere, twinkle lights are twinkling away. And if you’re lucky, you have a fresh blanket of snow on the ground, elevating the holiday spirit that much more.
I love the holidays, but it feels like they go by so much faster than the rest of the year. Once Thanksgiving passes, we hurtle headlong into Christmas, and then before you know it? NEW YEAR’S EVE, and then it all starts over again.
But not before we get to enjoy all kinds of delicious sparkly drinks just like this pretty Cranberry Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail.
Because champagne can be boring by itself, let’s jazz it up with some yummy festive flavors.
This cocktail is perfect for the holidays, but it will taste just as delicious in the dead of summer as it does on December 31st. And the 3 ingredients (champagne, cranberry juice, & grenadine) that go inside can be bought all year long.
Valentine’s day? Dress it up with some sliced strawberries and mint. Summer vacation? Raspberries and basil will be extra refreshing. As fall approaches again, some lemon thyme and pomegranate arils will be a beautiful tribute to the harvest.
And, as with any champagne cocktail, feel free to adjust the juice to bubbly ratio to your liking! Enjoy and happy holidays – whatever they may be!
What You’ll Need for this Champagne Cocktail:
- Grenadine: In order for this to be a pomegranate cocktail, you need to make sure you use real grenadine syrup and not the sugar syrup you usually find at the grocery store.
- Champagne Flutes: When you’re drinking champagne or champagne cocktails, it’s usually best to serve them up in fancy flutes!
- Cocktail Picks: If you want to get real fancy with that presentation, use cocktail picks with your garnishes.
