Ingredient Notes
Grilled Pork Tenderloin Recipes are some of my go-to dinners when the warmer weather hits! They’re just so easy to prep and always come out perfectly tender thanks to their delicious marinades!
The marinade for this recipe calls for apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and black pepper. Once mixed together, your pork tenderloin then soaks in this mixture!
When ready, the tenderloin will then be grilled up on grates brushed with avocado oil. This will help prevent the meat from sticking!
How To Make Grilled Pork Loin
- Whisk the marinade ingredients together and then transfer them to a large Ziplock bag. Trim the fat or silver skin off the pork and then place the tenderloin into the bag of marinade.
- Marinate the pork tenderloin.
- Grill the marinated pork on grill grates that are brushed with oil. Turn it slowly to sear first and then close the lid to cook.
- Allow the meat to rest before slicing and serving so the juices can redistribute.
- Throw some Grilled Veggie Skewers on there while you’re at it to enjoy as a side!
Serve this up with delicious side dishes like:
- Potato Salad
- Mashed Potatoes
- A fresh green salad
- Roasted Vegetables
- Grilled asparagus
- Coleslaw

For all methods, be sure to check for doneness by using a meat thermometer to check the internal temp.

What’s The Best Way To Cut Up The Tenderloin?
The best way to slice it is to cut across the grain. It’s also important to let it rest before slicing!
Can I Brush The Meat With The Leftover Vinaigrette Before Serving?
No, the leftover marinade cannot be used since it wasn’t cooked at a high temperature to kill the bacteria. If you want to brush the meat after grilling, you’ll want to save out some of the marinade before placing the meat into the bag.
How Do I Store Leftover Grilled Pork Tenderloin?
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You could also place them in the freezer to store for up to 3 months.
