Pineapple Tequila Meatballs will get your game day party started out right! Just dump the four ingredients in the crockpot and let them slow cook for about 2 hours and they’re ready to go!
We’re in the final stretch of the playoffs with the Conference Championships tomorrow and the Super Bowl being just a couple of weeks away! Personally, I’m not big into the NFL itself, but I’ll attend any event where they’re serving up delicious game day food like these Pineapple Tequila Meatballs.
These easy cocktail party/game day Pineapple Tequila Meatballs are made with just four ingredients, but are still loaded with flavor! We’re talking a kick of chili sauce, sweet crushed pineapple, and an alcoholic twist of tequila to make a sauce that coats these Italian or Swedish meatballs for a tasty bowl of game day grub.
Plus, all you have to do is mix the ingredients together in a crockpot and let them slow cook for about 2 hours on high and they’re ready to go!
Who doesn’t love a recipe that pretty much makes itself!? Having an easy appetizer recipe like this on hand makes hosting a party so much easier. With just a two-hour cook time, it’s a great last minute dish, plus you can serve it up right in the crock pot you cook it in!
Like I said, I’m all about the game day food! The cheesy dips, pizza, and ribs can’t be left out either, but for me, meatballs are an absolute must for any game day or party! Check out my other delicious game day and party appetizers!
