This Sparkling Mango Lemonade is a refreshing and delightful sparkling pulpy lemonade made with mangoes and agave.
I have this friend, we call her J-Con or Conway, we’ve been friends since middle school and no matter where we went together she’d order Lemonade. I seriously don’t think I’ve ever seen the girl drink anything non-alcoholic other than lemonade. She’s got a bright spirit, a great sense of humor, and is just a wee bit quirky – I say that with all the love in the world. She’s one the most genuine and refreshing people I’ve ever met and I’m so glad her lemonade lovin’ ass is in my life! So it seemed natural to make a Mango Lemonade in her honor. A simple summer (or in her case, year round and any time of day) beverage that’s just as fun as she is.
Conway is a grade school teacher with a true love of art and I wanted to represent that creative spark in her, so I turn this Mango Lemonade into a Sparkling one! The sparkling water brought the lemonade right where it needed to be, fruity and refreshing with a little fizz. It’s got the perfect amount of pulp and just the right mix of tart and sweet. This is a quick and easy recipe as I used Newman’s Own Lemonade, you can definitely make homemade lemonade for base if you want, but seriously… ain’t nobody got time for that!
Isn’t it crazy how that woman is probably one of the most quoted people in the last year? Seriously, half the things I do, or don’t do, during my day I think it. She really should have gotten a copyright on that. Anyways, we’re getting off topic!

I used my nutribullet to make this and it was amazing. My mother loved it. For the nutribullet though I would say use less mangos and more liquid.
