Thanks to Kadyn’s Coffee on TikTok, we’ve found a way for childhood nostalgia to deliciously collide with caffeine in this Teddy Graham Latte! Not only will it get us through that afternoon slump, but the cozy flavors taste as sweet as our favorite school snack!
This sweet and creamy 5-minute latte is an easy recipe that seamlessly blends espresso with ground cinnamon, vanilla simple syrup, honey, and your choice of milk! The crown on top of this nostalgic drink is the 4-ingredient homemade cold foam, taking each sip to the next level with its creamy texture!
In this recipe, I’ve included two ways to make homemade cold foam and multiple options for brewing espresso. This allows everyone from an at-home barista to novice coffee drinkers to enjoy this Viral Teddy Graham Latte!

Whip up this Viral Teddy Graham Latte by mixing hot espresso with honey, vanilla simple syrup, and ground cinnamon. This sweetened espresso mixture is then poured over ice and combined with oat milk.
To elevate the latte even further, we finish it off with Homemade Cold Foam, which is made with heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla simple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
How To Make The Viral Teddy Graham Latte
- Prepare the cold foam by adding heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla simple syrup, and salt to a jar with a lid. Ensure the lid is tightly secured, and then shake it until the liquid becomes thick but pourable. Then, set the jar of cold foam aside.
- Prepare the latte by adding honey, vanilla simple syrup, and ground cinnamon to a small glass.
- Brew the espresso into the glass with honey, stirring it afterward until everything fully combines.
- Pour the espresso mixture into a glass that’s filled with ice.
- Fill the glass almost to the top with oat milk, then top it with the prepared cold foam.
- Garnish the Teddy Graham Latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a Teddy Graham cracker!
Viral Teddy Graham Iced Latte Recipe Variations
- Brown Sugar – We tested both the vanilla syrup and brown sugar versions seen on TikTok. We found that the brown sugar had a much stronger flavor and overpowered the honey a bit, and we preferred the smoothness of the vanilla. However, you could try our Brown Sugar Simple Syrup with Cinnamon, which might be a nice middle ground.
- Cold Foam – We went with a Salted Vanilla Cold Foam, but you can omit the salt if preferred and even try a different simple syrup flavor to mix it up a bit!
- Other Milks – Feel free to swap the oat milk out with your milk of choice. Try this latte with another dairy-free alternative, or you can also opt for 2%, whole milk, or even Fairlife milk for a punch of protein.
- Espresso Alternatives – If you don’t have an espresso or Nespresso machine, you can use instant espresso or simply brew a cup of strong coffee.
- Hot Latte – For a hot Teddy Graham Latte, skip the ice and then slowly warm up the jar of cold foam ingredients. Once warm, cover the jar tightly and shake to create a thick, pourable mixture.
How To Serve This Viral Coffee Drink
Serve this Viral Teddy Graham Latte ice-cold in your favorite glass or disposable coffee cup! Though this Teddy Graham Latte is delightfully delicious as is, there’s always room to dress it up!

- Stir the hot espresso with honey to dissolve it easily before adding ice. This ensures a smooth drink that’s thoroughly combined.
- Add a pinch of salt to the cold foam to achieve the best flavor. Literally, only what you can pinch between two fingers!
- Use hand held milk frother for the cold foam, or you can also add the ingredients to a large glass or small bowl to then whip with a hand mixer.
- If you prefer less sweet coffee, you can reduce the honey to 1/2 tablespoon instead of one full tablespoon.
- You can use regular milk, almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk instead of oat milk, but the oat really does add a creamy and nutty flavor that resembles the sweet cracker.
- The amount of honey can be reduced for a slightly less sweet version of the drink.

Ingredients
Cold Foam
- ¼ cup heavy cream 60mL, see notes
- 2 tablespoons whole milk 30mL
- 1 tablespoon vanilla simple syrup 15mL
- 1 pinch salt
Latte
- 1 tablespoon honey 21g
- 2 teaspoons vanilla simple syrup 10mL
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon plus more for garnish
- 2 ounces espresso
- ice cubes
- 6 ounces oat milk 180mL
Instructions
Cold Foam
- Add ¼ cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons whole milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla simple syrup, and 1 pinch salt (literally just what you can pinch between two fingers) to a jar with a lid and shake until thick but pourable. You can also add the ingredients to a large glass or small bowl and use a hand frother or hand mixer to whip. Set aside.
Latte
- Add 1 tablespoon honey, 2 teaspoons vanilla simple syrup, and ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon to a small glass.
- Brew 2 ounces espresso into the glass with the honey and stir until dissolved.
- Fill a glass almost full with ice cubes and pour in the espresso mixture.
- Fill almost to the top with 6 ounces oat milk, then top with the prepared cold foam.
- Garnish with cinnamon and a teddy graham cracker.
Notes
- If you prefer less sweet coffee, use just 1/2 tablespoon of honey.
- Brown Sugar Cinnamon simple syrup is a popular substitute for vanilla.
