Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Truffles

Add the flour to a small bowl and microwave for FIVE 15-second intervals, stirring between each one to heat treat the flour. After Heat Treating the flour, it should reach a temperature of at least 160°F. Allow the flour to cool for 5 minutes after the last round.

Beat in the cooled flour until fully combined. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini Reese's Pieces. Use a medium cookie scoop to portion out the dough and roll into balls. Place the balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet and chill for 15 minutes.

Storage Tip: These truffles are good for 4 to 5 days when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator or 1 to 2 days at room temperature.
