This Viral Greek Frappe is a homemade iced coffee recipe made in just 5 minutes or less using only 4 ingredients! This frothy, smooth coffee will convert you to being a fan of instant coffee after just one sip of this delicious drink!
Add 1 tablespoon Instant Coffee , 1 tablespoon granulated sugar , and 1½ ounces water to a glass.
Mix with a hand frother and whip until thick and almost tripled in volume.
Add ice to the glass with the foam, filling about ½ (nugget ice) ¾ (larger cubes) of the way.
Pour in 8 ounces water , and leave room at the top for the milk. Give the glass a swirl or stir to combine.
Pour in 2 ounces milk .
Swirl or stir and enjoy with or without a straw.
You can use all milk instead of water.
You can use all water to keep it dairy-free.
You can use your favorite kind of milk or milk substitute.
You can add flavor syrup, but add it after whipping the foam.
